Drag from deep ultraviolet to long-wave infrared. Every substrate we stock lights up the moment your wavelength falls inside its transmission window — with wavenumber and photon energy, so you can check it against your source.

Tolerances you can
hold at volume.

A first article is easy to make well. What matters for an OEM program is the two-thousandth part — same figure, same coating curve, same paperwork.

  • Diameter tolerance±0.025 mm
  • Surface quality40-20 · 20-10 on request
  • Flatnessλ/4 typical · λ/10 achievable
  • Parallelism< 1 arc-min
Vertical integration

Material to coated component,
without handoff risk.

Three linked capabilities under one process control system — optimised for repeatability, yield control and batch traceability.

Capability 01

Raw Materials

Qualified global sourcing with yield optimisation, thickness preparation before fabrication, and lot-level traceability.

  • Diameter5 – 200+ mm
  • Thickness2 – 25+ mm
  • FormsSlabs · Blanks
Capability 02

Fabricated Optics

Lenses, windows, mirrors and custom geometries produced in batch with full tooling capacity and scrap control.

  • Diameter tol.±0.025 mm
  • Surface quality40-20 / 20-10
  • Parallelism< 1 arc-min

Coating & Quality

Five coating chambers, ISO 9001. Thin-film coating on infrared we manufacture or on optics you send in, with spectrophotometric verification.

  • Transmission≥ 99.4% / surface
  • Absorption≤ 0.2%
  • LIDT (CO₂ CW)15–25 kW/cm²
Process

How an OEM program runs.

Repeat production is a process problem, not a parts problem. We qualify once, then hold the recipe — so the hundredth batch matches the first article.

Witness samples are available for coating validation, first article inspection and qualification packages.
  1. Sourcing & material qualification

Grade selection, inclusion criteria and yield-optimised blank layout against your print.

  2. Precision fabrication

Grinding, polishing and edging to tolerance, with in-process metrology at each station.

  3. Thin-film coating

Controlled deposition with witness samples; AR, broadband, dual-band or HR designs.

  4. Inspection & qualification

Interferometric figure verification and spectrophotometric T/R against the approved curve.

  5. Repeat production

Locked recipe, batch traceability and inventory-based fulfilment for recurring part numbers.

Coating services

We coat your optics, too.

Send finished, uncoated optics for coating-only service. Incoming inspection covers surface quality, flatness and figure, edge and chamfer condition, and coating compatibility — only qualified parts proceed.
